Thank you so much for choosing to commission a piece! Here’s how the process works:

1. Within 24 hours of your order, I will reach out via email (please double-check that your email is correct) to confirm the details of your custom piece, including the expected production time.
2. Once confirmed, I will begin carving your piece personally. You are welcome to check in on the progress at any time by emailing me at ydbu397@gmail.com—please include your order number so I can quickly locate your commission.
3. Each item is handmade and fully custom, which means I cannot offer refunds once production has started. If a refund is necessary, it will reflect only the portion of work already completed.
4. After your piece is finished, I will carefully prepare it for shipping and send you the tracking information via email (you can also view it on PayPal).
   A little note: To avoid any delays, please check your email within 24 hours of placing your order (sometimes messages may end up in the spam folder).I am a small, personal business owner and a woodcarver with over 20 years of experience. Every piece is made by me with care and attention to detail.
5. I occasionally share updates of my creations on Instagram and Reddit, and before this, all commissions came through Ko-fi.
