Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
TRACKING
When your item is despatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and a link to a website where you can track your parcel. Also you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. Please note sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING
All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been fulfilled and ready to ship (please check your spam mail if you cannot see it).
Please ensure that all data you submit when placing an order is accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information such as name, delivery address, billing address, postal code, or phone number, which may result in delivery failure. Your order should be shipped 6–30 business days after leaving our warehouse. Due to the high demand for certain items, delivery delays may occur occasionally. If your order has not been delivered, please contact me. This policy does not apply to situations where the customer made an error in the shipping information provided with their order or a package was missed.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report it to your appropriate carrier using the information provided on our tracking page. Damages During Transit
I carefully package each piece, but accidents may occur during transit. If the item you receive is damaged, please provide photos of the damage within 24 hours of receipt. I will assist you with reissuing or claiming damages.
Please retain all packaging materials and photos of the damaged sample for your claim.
