These are real after-sales stories, showing how I handle issues and make sure you’re happy with your piece.

Engraving completed and shipped on June 27, 2025

(item was in good condition upon delivery).

Unfortunately, on July 23, 2025, the item

received by the customer was damaged and broken.




I immediately contacted USPS, but unfortunately, they don't handle shipping damage.

After communicating with the customer via email, I decided to remake it for them and ship it free of charge (to protect their privacy, I will not share the email details).
